Provides university-wide executive leadership for academic quality, institutional and specialized accreditation, academic compliance, policy governance, and continuous improvement. Advises the Provost, coordinates accreditation and state authorization requirements, develops academic policies, monitors institutional risks and quality metrics, and leads cross-functional initiatives across schools, programs, locations, and modalities. The role also oversees reporting, corrective actions, shared governance partnerships, and assigned staff.

The Vice Provost provides institution-wide executive leadership for academic programs, student success, enrollment partnerships, academic administration, global education, online learning, faculty development, and innovation. Reporting to the Provost, the role leads complex portfolios, advises on institutional strategy, oversees academic administrative functions, aligns academic offerings with enrollment and market needs, advances institutional effectiveness, and serves as the Provost’s primary designee when required.

Provides strategic and operational leadership across global education, study abroad, online learning, faculty development, and academic innovation. Partners with senior academic leadership to execute institutional priorities, manage budgets and staff, improve organizational effectiveness, lead change, evaluate performance, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across a global, multi-campus university network. Supports accreditation, assessment, compliance, reporting, and institutional partnerships.

Provides operational, financial, planning, analytical, and administrative leadership for Academic Affairs. Manages budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, reporting, process improvement, continuity planning, and cross-functional initiatives. Supports the Provost and academic leaders with executive analyses, recommendations, dashboards, and decision-support materials while coordinating activities across schools, colleges, Finance, HR, Institutional Research, and IT.

Provides advanced end-user, service desk, classroom technology, audiovisual, endpoint, and IT asset support for a university. Serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, leads technology deployments and upgrades, manages asset records, coordinates vendors, tests new technologies, develops documentation, and mentors support staff. The role requires regular in-person campus attendance with occasional evening and weekend support.

Provides technical and functional support for the University's LMS and teaching technologies. Manages incoming support requests, troubleshoots issues, coordinates escalations, analyzes support trends, improves workflows, and develops documentation and self-help resources. Maintains Canvas course content using HTML/CSS, supports instructional design activities, collaborates with faculty, and serves as backup LMS Administrator. Leads the learning systems support function and may provide after-hours support.

Manages electronic resource lifecycles, access troubleshooting, vendor relationships, licensing records, renewals, invoices, and library materials budgets. Administers integrated library systems, authentication, proxy, discovery, and related services. Supports implementations, migrations, reporting, usage analysis, data cleanup, collection assessment, and workflow improvements. Serves as an academic liaison, provides research and instructional support, and participates in committees and professional development.

Promotes the Community Music School through marketing, recruitment, community relations, website and social media management, digital and print materials, newsletters, media outreach, events, and alumni engagement. Coordinates marketing with university offices, tracks enrollment and constituent data, maintains contact lists, supports recruitment fairs and showcases, and represents the school at community events. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site and weekend work.

Provides advanced employee relations consultation, conducts complex civil rights and workplace investigations, administers ADA accommodations, manages confidential cases, assesses institutional risk, and delivers compliance training. Advises leaders on performance management, policy application, conflict resolution, and corrective action while partnering across university functions on Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and related requirements.

Own and improve the university’s instructional media ecosystem, including Kaltura administration, Canvas integration, video production, editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, publishing, and accessibility compliance. Produce instructional videos through field and studio shoots, support faculty and instructional designers, troubleshoot media delivery issues, and recommend improvements to academic media workflows and standards. The part-time role is campus-based in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Coordinates athletics department administration, including budgets, financial transactions, NCAA compliance records, student employment, HR paperwork, special events, game-day operations, schedules, travel contracts, communications, and liaison activities. Supports the Director of Athletics and head coaches, assists with policy compliance, responds to inquiries and complaints, supervises student workers, and recommends organizational improvements.
