Own and improve the university’s instructional media ecosystem, including Kaltura administration, Canvas integration, video production, editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, publishing, and accessibility compliance. Produce instructional videos through field and studio shoots, support faculty and instructional designers, troubleshoot media delivery issues, and recommend improvements to academic media workflows and standards. The part-time role is campus-based in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Coordinates athletics department administration, including budgets, financial transactions, NCAA compliance records, student employment, HR paperwork, special events, game-day operations, schedules, travel contracts, communications, and liaison activities. Supports the Director of Athletics and head coaches, assists with policy compliance, responds to inquiries and complaints, supervises student workers, and recommends organizational improvements.

Lead strategy and execution for annual giving and donor engagement to grow recurring philanthropic support. Design scalable multi-channel campaigns, use donor segmentation and analytics, partner with campus stakeholders, and steward donors to strengthen long-term giving pipelines.
