Promotes the Community Music School through marketing, recruitment, community relations, website and social media management, digital and print materials, newsletters, media outreach, events, and alumni engagement. Coordinates marketing with university offices, tracks enrollment and constituent data, maintains contact lists, supports recruitment fairs and showcases, and represents the school at community events. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site and weekend work.

Provides advanced employee relations consultation, conducts complex civil rights and workplace investigations, administers ADA accommodations, manages confidential cases, assesses institutional risk, and delivers compliance training. Advises leaders on performance management, policy application, conflict resolution, and corrective action while partnering across university functions on Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and related requirements.

Own and improve the university’s instructional media ecosystem, including Kaltura administration, Canvas integration, video production, editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, publishing, and accessibility compliance. Produce instructional videos through field and studio shoots, support faculty and instructional designers, troubleshoot media delivery issues, and recommend improvements to academic media workflows and standards. The part-time role is campus-based in Webster Groves, Missouri.
