Part-time orthodontic assistant supporting an orthodontist twice monthly: greet and seat patients, assist with braces/Invisalign procedures, take impressions and photos, manage instrument sterilization and room setup, navigate Eaglesoft, answer parent questions, place/remove separators and fit bands.

Assist dentist during pediatric procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments and rooms, take dental X-rays, maintain records, provide chairside support, calm anxious children, and educate families on oral hygiene while following infection-control protocols.

Prepare and send patient invoices, maintain organized billing records, follow up on accounts, assist patients with statements, and support smooth billing processes within a dental office.
