Teams at Webflow

Supports the Engineering, Product, and Design organization as the operational backbone of its People function. Handles employee and manager questions, lifecycle events, investigations, performance documentation, engagement surveys, performance reviews, compensation updates, and learning initiatives. Partners across People Team functions, coaches managers, maintains confidential and consistent processes, manages shifting stakeholder priorities, and uses AI tools and automation to streamline recurring administration, reporting, and program execution.

Creates video, written, and hands-on technical education for Webflow customers. Builds production-quality reference websites and components, develops curriculum with instructional designers and video producers, presents technical content on camera, reviews educational materials for accuracy, maintains the technical content library, and partners with product and engineering teams on new platform releases.

Provides hands-on IT support for Webflow’s Buenos Aires office, resolving employee tickets, troubleshooting macOS hardware and software, managing audiovisual setups, provisioning equipment for new hires, maintaining inventory, and supporting office technology. The role partners with Workplace Experience, documents solutions for an AI-powered knowledge base, supports Argentina-based employees, escalates complex issues, and may travel to other offices.
