Own and maintain the master production schedule by translating demand, engineering releases, material and labor capacity, and constraints into executable plans. Coordinate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, optimize capacity, communicate delivery risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure on-time shipments. Generate freight/shipping documents and support continuous improvement of scheduling and resource utilization.

Create and maintain electrical drawings and parts libraries using AutoCAD Electrical; work with engineers and automation staff to develop drawing packages, support field research, testing, and commissioning of PLC/HMI systems, maintain revision control, and follow standards and best practices.

Assemble and install electrical control panels and conduit runs; perform device wiring per blueprints and schematics; bend and install EMT and rigid conduit; test panels with a multimeter; work from prints, follow electrical codes, and adhere to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. Plan, execute, and monitor schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors, maintain ERP documentation, run status meetings, and report to senior management to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.

Drive revenue and profit growth for OGI product lines by building customer relationships and sales rep networks, developing new business and sales strategies, maintaining forecasts, negotiating agreements, collaborating cross-functionally, monitoring market and competitive trends, and supporting marketing and trade show activities.

Create production-level 2D and 3D fabrication, assembly, and general arrangement drawings for gas and water heater products. Maintain parts and PLM/ERP records, manage engineering changes, generate CAM/CNC files, and coordinate with engineering, production, and purchasing.
