Sell and manage accounts for Commodity Inspection & Testing Services by generating leads, researching market needs, conducting presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, coordinating implementation with internal teams, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Drive revenue growth for commodity inspection by identifying and pursuing new clients, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating, cross-selling to existing customers, managing key accounts, coordinating with operations, monitoring markets and regulations, and achieving sales, margin and pipeline targets.

Lead design, implementation, monitoring, tuning, security, backup/DR and automation of production databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL). Provide on-call support, mentor junior staff, evaluate AI/ML tools (including MCP/LLM integrations) to optimize database operations, and collaborate across teams to maintain documentation and standards.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for large distributed microservices. Improve reliability, performance, monitoring, and system stability. Participate in architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and spread DevOps practices across engineering teams while collaborating with product and QA teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; manage user stories and backlog in JIRA; coordinate with clients, technical teams and vendors; identify process gaps and propose improvements; prepare reports and presentations for senior management; facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-premises, data center, cloud, and hybrid networks. Manage firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN/SDN/NFV solutions, optimize performance and security, implement automation and AIOps, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate upgrades and vendor/ISP interactions with documentation and on-call support.

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using MS Project and JIRA. Manage sprints, coordinate technical teams, clients, and vendors, identify risks, control scope, produce status reports and executive presentations, and ensure delivery under agile and traditional methodologies in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment.

Maintain, upgrade, and manage global production and R&D infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Design and operate Linux/Windows servers, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), enterprise storage (SAN/NAS/HCI), AD and core services, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), automation (Ansible, scripting), containers (Docker,Kubernetes), monitoring, backup/DR, and AIOps integrations. Create SOPs, lead projects, participate in on-call rotation, and optimize infrastructure via automation and AI-driven tooling.
