Lead design, implementation, monitoring, tuning, security, backup/DR and automation of production databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL). Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of on-premises, data center, cloud, and hybrid networks. Manage firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN/SDN/NFV solutions, optimize performance and security, implement automation and AIOps, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate upgrades and vendor/ISP interactions with documentation and on-call support.

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using MS Project and JIRA. Manage sprints, coordinate technical teams, clients, and vendors, identify risks, control scope, produce status reports and executive presentations, and ensure delivery under agile and traditional methodologies in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment.

Maintain, upgrade, and manage global production and R&D infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Design and operate Linux/Windows servers, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), enterprise storage (SAN/NAS/HCI), AD and core services, cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), automation (Ansible, scripting), containers (Docker,Kubernetes), monitoring, backup/DR, and AIOps integrations. Create SOPs, lead projects, participate in on-call rotation, and optimize infrastructure via automation and AI-driven tooling.
