Lead design, implementation, monitoring, tuning, security, backup/DR and automation of production databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL). Provide on-call support, mentor junior staff, evaluate AI/ML tools (including MCP/LLM integrations) to optimize database operations, and collaborate across teams to maintain documentation and standards.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for large distributed microservices. Improve reliability, performance, monitoring, and system stability. Participate in architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and spread DevOps practices across engineering teams while collaborating with product and QA teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; manage user stories and backlog in JIRA; coordinate with clients, technical teams and vendors; identify process gaps and propose improvements; prepare reports and presentations for senior management; facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders in a bilingual environment.
