Lead and grow a mid-market sales team selling SaaS to biotech, pharma, and CROs. Drive MEDDIC-based deal discipline, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, hiring and onboarding, territory and quota design, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Travel 60–70% within territory to support AEs and close strategic deals.

The Account Executive will drive new business in drug development by prospecting clients, managing sales pipelines, and leveraging AI tools for regulatory workflows, while also ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

The Account Executive will generate new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with marketing to drive demand for Weave's AI platform.

Build production-ready backend components that interface directly with LLMs, create tooling to automate LLM-in-the-loop testing, design and validate LLM-based solutions using real biomedical data, and develop metrics to measure model performance and reliability under production load.
