Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for Weave's AI-enabled life sciences platform. Own product launches, market and customer insights, multimedia content, sales enablement, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption, demand, and faster sales cycles.

Lead sourcing, structuring, and closing high‑value partnerships with regulators, large biopharma, CROs, and consultancies. Own partner onboarding and delivery, define partnership KPIs, drive GTM execution with Commercial and Product teams, represent Weave externally, and eventually hire and lead a partnerships team to scale impact.

Lead and grow a mid-market sales team selling SaaS to biotech, pharma, and CROs. Drive MEDDIC-based deal discipline, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, hiring and onboarding, territory and quota design, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Travel 60–70% within territory to support AEs and close strategic deals.

The Account Executive will drive new business in drug development by prospecting clients, managing sales pipelines, and leveraging AI tools for regulatory workflows, while also ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
