Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close. Build and manage pipeline, qualify leads, close deals, nurture partner relationships, and coordinate with product, implementation, and client success teams. Represent the company at events and report pipeline status to leadership.

The Senior Director of Engineering will lead engineering execution across the organization, managing teams and improving delivery processes while partnering with the CTO for strategic direction on technical initiatives, including AI integrations.
