Own net-new B2B sales across Ontario and Eastern Canada, targeting training and L&D leaders in regulated industries. Build prospect pipelines, conduct consultative discovery and platform demonstrations, close new business, expand strategic accounts, and maintain disciplined CRM records. The role emphasizes finance or insurance industry experience, an established professional network, compliance and continuing-education familiarity, and strong consultative selling skills. Remote work is based in the Greater Toronto Area, with client and event travel as needed.

Lead end-to-end customer-facing revenue engine across Demand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience & Operations. Build a unified pipeline, data warehouse, automation, CRM discipline, weekly scorecards, and operating cadence. Close gaps between teams, launch with go/no-go discipline, protect and grow recurring revenue, develop enterprise named-account sales bench, and hit revenue targets while building the system.

Consult as a Subject Matter Expert to validate and develop learning content for CIRO proficiency exams. Ensure technical accuracy and align with regulatory standards while providing actionable feedback to improve curriculum.
