The role emphasizes finance or insurance industry experience, an established professional network, compliance and continuing-education familiarity, and strong consultative selling skills. Remote work is based in the Greater Toronto Area, with client and event travel as needed.

Lead end-to-end customer-facing revenue engine across Demand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience & Operations. Build a unified pipeline, data warehouse, automation, CRM discipline, weekly scorecards, and operating cadence. Close gaps between teams, launch with go/no-go discipline, protect and grow recurring revenue, develop enterprise named-account sales bench, and hit revenue targets while building the system.

Consult as a Subject Matter Expert to validate and develop learning content for CIRO proficiency exams. Ensure technical accuracy and align with regulatory standards while providing actionable feedback to improve curriculum.
