Work safely at heights and in challenging environments while following PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and other site protocols. The role involves extended shifts and rotational schedules in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.

Install, inspect, adjust, repair, and maintain stationary industrial machinery and construction equipment. Diagnose malfunctions, replace defective parts, verify safety devices, complete maintenance documentation, and perform routine cleaning and lubrication. The role requires adherence to workplace safety standards, independent work, physical lifting, tight-deadline performance, and travel to project-based construction sites. Rotating shifts and extended on-site assignments are required.

Manage and coordinate corporate travel arrangements including flights, cars, and hotels; book per policy, monitor schedules, troubleshoot disruptions, liaise with suppliers, maintain booking records and itineraries, track expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness, advise employees on procedures, and provide occasional after-hours support.

Work is remote/project-based with 3-week rotations, 10–12 hour shifts. Accommodations, meal allowance and flights provided when applicable.

Install, measure, cut, fit and repair exterior cladding systems (metal, composite, wood, vinyl, fibre cement). Read blueprints, install flashing, insulation, weather barriers, and waterproofing. Operate hand and power tools, work at heights with fall protection, perform inspections and repairs, and collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules and safety standards.
