Manage employee relations, HR policies, culture initiatives, training, compliance, staffing coordination, recruitment, performance management, and confidential employee records. Partner with operational leaders, employees, unions, staffing agencies, and service providers. Support workplace injury investigations, workforce planning, onboarding, disciplinary processes, and attendance management while providing HR guidance across the organization.

Perform precision industrial carpentry, including concrete formwork, structural framing, scaffolding, cladding, fixture installation, maintenance, and repairs. Read blueprints, measure layouts, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with other trades. Work safely at heights and in challenging environments while following PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and other site protocols. The role involves extended shifts and rotational schedules in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario.

Install, inspect, adjust, repair, and maintain stationary industrial machinery and construction equipment. Diagnose malfunctions, replace defective parts, verify safety devices, complete maintenance documentation, and perform routine cleaning and lubrication. The role requires adherence to workplace safety standards, independent work, physical lifting, tight-deadline performance, and travel to project-based construction sites. Rotating shifts and extended on-site assignments are required.
