Support the CEO by owning cross-functional ops: sales ops and CRM hygiene, BDR coordination, customer success triage, recruiting screens, and internal AI/automation systems. Build automations, run reviews and meetings, manage contract workflows, track metrics, and surface insights to drive faster execution.

Lead and scale GTM, BDR, Customer Success, and Recruiting operations. Own GTM tooling and pipeline metrics, design workflows and standards, build reporting, drive automation with AI/no-code, and manage/coach an Associate while partnering directly with the CEO.

Owner of customer relationships from kickoff through expansion for an AI-powered procurement platform. Manage a book of accounts, run onboarding and kickoffs, drive time-to-value, surface expansion opportunities, own renewals and forecasting, build lightweight tooling/automation to scale, and travel to customer sites as needed. Measured on time-to-value, velocity, active usage growth, and clearing committed spend.

Embed with CPG customers to map workflows and deliver custom integrations, data pipelines, workflow agents, and automations. Ship customer-specific solutions using AI-assisted development, own technical outcomes end-to-end, and convert recurring work into product improvements to drive measurable procurement value.

Lead end-to-end feature development across full stack (customer UI, APIs, data models, AI integrations, infrastructure). Scope, build, ship, and iterate; make architectural decisions; raise engineering quality (testing, observability, reviews); work closely with PM/designer/founder; and engage directly with customers to inform product direction.

First sales hire responsible for top-of-funnel prospecting into mid-market food & beverage brands, engaging executives and functional leaders, running discovery calls, qualifying pain, shaping messaging and playbooks, and building repeatable outbound/inbound processes alongside the CEO.

Work directly with the CEO to increase leverage by triaging decisions, owning board and fundraising materials, leading cross-functional strategic projects (pricing, GTM, ICP), running planning cycles, and owning org design and senior recruiting. Act as escalation filter, drive follow-through, and produce CEO-ready writing and recommendations.

Embed with mid-market CPG customers to configure workflows, drive onboarding and activation, quantify impact, resolve procurement issues, translate customer needs to product, and scale via automation and playbooks to ensure renewals and expansion.
