Own a book of accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Run kickoffs, drive time-to-value, manage multi-stakeholder rooms, forecast renewals, surface expansion opportunities, and build tooling/automations to scale customer success.

First sales hire responsible for top-of-funnel prospecting into mid-market food & beverage brands, running discovery calls, qualifying pain, crafting messaging with the CEO, building repeatable outbound/inbound processes, and shaping the sales playbook.

Own full-stack features end-to-end for a TypeScript/Node/React product: scope, build, ship, and iterate. Make architectural and infrastructure decisions, raise engineering quality (testing, observability, code review), work directly with PM/designer/founder, integrate AI tooling, and engage customers to validate and shape the product.

Partner with the CEO to design and run GTM, BDR, Customer Success, recruiting, and automation functions. Own GTM ops stack, pipeline and health reporting, hiring workflows, and automation roadmap; build systems and standards, coach teams, and scale operations while managing an Associate.

Own end-to-end extraction and normalization pipelines that convert messy supplier emails and documents into a reliable, queryable data layer. Build entity-resolution, ML/NLP pipelines, agent workflows, evaluation harnesses, and infrastructure for data quality, lineage, monitoring, and model-driven extraction improvements.

Partner with the CEO to increase leverage: own decision triage, CEO calendar, board and fundraising prep, and cross-functional strategic projects (pricing, GTM, planning). Lead quarterly/annual planning, org design, senior hiring, and drive follow-through across the company. Translate ambiguous, high-stakes questions into clear recommendations and execution plans.

Embed with mid-market CPG customers to configure workflows, drive activation, resolve procurement and data issues, quantify impact, own renewals, translate between product and sourcing/QA/R&D teams, and build tooling/automation to scale CS playbooks.

Serve as the CEO's operational right hand across sales ops, BDR coordination, customer success, recruiting, and internal systems. Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, contract workflows, customer check-ins, recruiting screens, and automations using AI, APIs, and no-code tools. Run meetings and reporting cadences, triage issues, surface insights with recommendations, and continuously improve processes to enable faster company execution.
