Build the Customer Success operating system, including playbooks, health metrics, tooling, enablement, and operating cadence. Identify account risks and growth opportunities, drive measurable customer value, report on satisfaction and retention, and translate customer insights into company strategy and product roadmap decisions. The role combines consulting rigor, operational ownership, executive communication, and hands-on customer engagement.

Lead product at an early-stage, AI-native B2B SaaS: own roadmap, prioritization, launch cadence, discovery, and ticket hygiene. Embed in customer calls, enforce milestones, drive estimate accuracy, and institutionalize product discipline across engineering and GTM.

Design and maintain scalable backend data systems, schemas, migrations, and high-throughput job pipelines. Build customer-facing product features, guide other engineers on data and API patterns, plan migrations/backfills, and ensure reliability and performance as usage grows.
