Own day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including HRIS administration, onboarding and offboarding, multi-state payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee support, and employment compliance. Manage legal contract operations, customer legal and security reviews, compliance certifications, and vendor documentation workflows. Partner with Finance, outside counsel, auditors, and internal stakeholders while improving processes and maintaining accurate records.

Develop and grow K-12 and district partnerships in a U.S. territory. Manage inbound and outbound sales from lead to close, meet sales targets and forecast accurately, run technical product demonstrations, use CRM and data to inform strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of K-12 accounts in the U.S., drive renewals, engage strategic stakeholders, monitor adoption and health metrics, mitigate churn, uncover upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer retention and growth.

Support inbound schools and proactively prospect outbound to build pipeline, qualify leads through brief discovery, route opportunities to Account Executives, hit quota, research districts to personalize outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with AEs, make cold calls, and write effective outreach emails to educators and administrators.
