Provide multi-year case management and stabilization services to families: assess housing and rehousing barriers, set self-sufficiency goals, make referrals, assist with benefits enrollment and housing searches, conduct home visits, maintain case records, and coordinate with partners and landlords.

Provide legal counsel to the Chief Legal Officer; oversee litigation strategy and real estate transactions; ensure regulatory compliance; supervise legal staff; conduct legal research and training; negotiate contracts; identify legal risks and recommend process improvements; travel statewide to litigate matters.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative support for rental assistance: manage tenant records and data entry, schedule and review inspections, respond to inquiries, prepare reports and correspondence, perform clerical duties, assist with eligibility determinations and database tasks, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely processing and compliance with program guidelines.
