Manages payment processing, related data operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, contract compliance, staff training, workflow improvement, and departmental supervision for a rental assistance program. The role oversees data accuracy, resolves discrepancies with funding sources, implements policies, maintains stakeholder relationships, supports hiring and performance management, and ensures timely, efficient service delivery.

Manage day-to-day operations of employment support services, supervise workforce development staff, ensure participant intake/assessment/enrollment, develop employer relationships, oversee training/workshops, ensure accurate data entry/reporting and billing, perform audits, and maintain stakeholder partnerships to meet program outcomes.

Provide legal administrative support to attorneys and the Chief Legal Officer: draft and file legal documents, manage correspondence and calendars, maintain physical and electronic files and databases, track deadlines and KPIs, create office procedures, and perform general clerical tasks to improve team efficiency.

Provide legal counsel to the Chief Legal Officer; oversee litigation strategy and real estate transactions; ensure regulatory compliance; supervise legal staff; conduct legal research and training; negotiate contracts; identify legal risks and recommend process improvements; travel statewide to litigate matters.
