Manages public, private, and philanthropic grants, contracts, and restricted funds. Oversees compliance, budgets, invoices, reimbursements, reporting, reconciliations, audits, closeouts, and contract records. Analyzes spending, cash flow, and budget variances, recommends corrective actions, supports financial controls, and advises leadership, program teams, funders, and auditors on grant stewardship and regulatory requirements.

Manage the organization’s accounting functions, financial records, compliance, general ledger, cash flow, reconciliations, closings, financial statements, audits, and cost allocation procedures. Lead process improvements, analyze financial data, advise property and asset management, and communicate financial status to leadership and stakeholders. Supervise, hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate accounting and support staff while ensuring compliance with nonprofit funding regulations, tax codes, and accounting standards.

Manages payment processing, related data operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, contract compliance, staff training, workflow improvement, and departmental supervision for a rental assistance program. The role oversees data accuracy, resolves discrepancies with funding sources, implements policies, maintains stakeholder relationships, supports hiring and performance management, and ensures timely, efficient service delivery.
