The role begins part time and may become full time, with partner equity offered instead of a stated salary.

Manage end-to-end sports content productions from concept through delivery. Develop and pitch concepts, plan and shoot social-first and long-form video, oversee budgets, timelines, logistics, crews, editors, athletes, creators, and suppliers, and deliver content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, clients, and partners. The role requires independent freelance operation, strong sports content expertise, branded content experience, and a reliable production network.

Marketing and business development intern supporting market research, lead generation, outreach, pitch materials, campaign execution, competitor analysis, KPI reporting, funnel optimization, events, and partnership initiatives. The role is remote, part time, and unpaid, with mentorship and potential future employment based on performance.
