Conducts risk-based internal audits covering governance, financial activities, lending, operations, regulatory compliance, IT, ESG, and occupational health and safety. Identifies control weaknesses, fraud risks, and regulatory breaches; prepares reports for management and the Board Audit Committee; recommends corrective actions and follows up on implementation. Coordinates external and regulatory audits and supports enterprise risk management.

Coordinate logistics operations across Uganda, including inventory planning, supplier delivery verification, asset transportation, warehouse management, dispatch, stock reconciliation, cost control, compliance, safety, and reporting. The role manages bike inventory and transfers, coordinates with technicians, maintains accurate records, and ensures secure, efficient logistics processes.

Oversee organization-wide IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, security, technical support, vendors, and IT projects. Manage policies, audits, risk assessments, access controls, inventories, budgets, implementations, and compliance. Lead and develop the IT team, provide technical guidance, optimize tools and processes, and deliver reporting and data visualizations for operational decisions.
