Develop the retail sales channel across Northern Brazil by prospecting and activating new partners, onboarding stores, managing retailer relationships, visiting locations, training sales teams, monitoring in-store execution and portfolio health, tracking commercial targets, and reporting market insights. The role requires strong field sales execution, negotiation, communication, CRM usage, and regional travel, with mandatory residence in Belém, Pará.

Lead a B2B Customer Experience team and oversee an outsourced B2C operation to ensure quality and KPI delivery. Use AI, automation and digital tools to optimize processes, transform data and feedback into improvements, and drive continuous enhancements in SLA, CSAT, NPS, AHT and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales and Operations to scale solutions and build robust customer journeys.

Provide customer support across channels, resolve issues, investigate root causes, log and follow up tickets, improve processes and knowledge base, use CRM, automation and AI tools, and collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations to enhance customer experience.
