Conduct risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, compliance, and IT processes. Plan engagements, perform control testing, identify risks and losses, document working papers, prepare evidence-based reports, recommend process improvements, support enterprise risk management, and track corrective actions. Mentor other QA engineers, deputise for the QA Chapter Lead, lead chapter initiatives (tooling/frameworks), triage complex failures, and use AI/LLM tools to accelerate QA workflows.
