Monitors assigned asset-finance portfolios, identifies overdue clients, prioritizes collection assignments, conducts field visits using GPS tracking, negotiates payment compliance, and repossesses collateral when necessary. Maintains collection records, reports daily outcomes, handles emergency cases during assigned night shifts, and trains new recovery team members.

Manages client onboarding, asset-finance sales, KYC and documentation, loan agreement explanations, customer support, complaint resolution, app onboarding, database records, reporting, and post-sale services. The role generates leads, assesses client suitability, promotes Watu products, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and maintains strong customer relationships. It requires field-based sales and customer-service experience, local-language fluency, MS Office proficiency, integrity, and problem-solving skills.

Conducts independent, risk-based internal audits covering governance, financial activities, lending, operations, regulatory compliance, IT, ESG, and workplace safety. Identifies control weaknesses, fraud risks, and regulatory breaches; prepares reports for management and the Board Audit Committee; recommends corrective actions and follows up on implementation. Coordinates regulatory and external audits, supports enterprise risk management, and performs investigations and special audits.
