Senior QA Engineer embedded in a squad owning test architecture, automation, API and contract testing, performance/load testing, and the squads Definition of Done. Mentor other QA engineers, deputise for the QA Chapter Lead, lead chapter initiatives (tooling/frameworks), triage complex failures, and use AI/LLM tools to accelerate QA workflows.

Lead the Aftersales Engineering squad owning architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, and delivery. Drive code quality, release sign-off, partner governance, and operational configurability. Manage and mentor 4-6 engineers, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate tightly with Product to deliver post-sale workflows and reporting.

Provide escalated IT support for head office and branches: administer servers, networks, helpdesk, hardware, peripherals and call center systems; manage assets, implement upgrades, support IT projects, enforce security best practices, and produce internal reports to improve processes and uptime.
