Develops Watu’s retail channel in Northern Brazil by prospecting and activating commercial partners, onboarding stores, building retailer and sales-team relationships, training staff, monitoring in-store execution and portfolio health, achieving sales targets, tracking competitors, and reporting regional insights. The role requires strong field presence, external sales experience, CRM proficiency, relationship-building, negotiation, and residence in Belém, Pará, with regional travel as needed.

Provide empathetic, efficient customer support via multiple channels; diagnose and resolve issues; log and follow up tickets; improve processes and knowledge base; collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to enhance customer journeys using CRM, automation and AI tools.

Owns GOGO’s Rwanda operations and early market expansion, including swap-station launches, daily station performance, motorcycle and battery maintenance, logistics, asset and stock control, customer experience, team leadership, budgeting, compliance, and stakeholder management. The role develops operational plans, tracks performance metrics, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and reports results to senior leadership. Regular travel across operational sites and occasional travel to Uganda are required.
