The Summer Helper role involves supporting the production team with tasks like using hand and power tools, ensuring safety, and maintaining productivity.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and demand-generation programs supporting product launches, GTM, and customer engagement. Manage marketing automation, CRM workflows, segmentation, and reporting. Partner with content, sales, and division leaders to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance while measuring outcomes and optimizing funnels.

Develop and execute content and brand strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement. Translate technical product information into clear messaging, maintain brand voice, create multi-channel content, and collaborate with product, design, and sales teams. Use AI tools responsibly to improve workflows and support long-term brand awareness within the commercial furniture and workplace industries.

Serve as primary HR partner to production teams handling employee relations, investigations, leave management, temp program administration, onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, performance review coordination, and safety alignment to ensure fairness and compliance.

The Head of Product Strategy will define and lead Watson's product direction, integrating market research with business goals, leading cross-functional teams, and managing product development efforts.
