Teams at Watson Industries, Inc.

Lead the Manufacturing System team to design processes, maintain tooling and automation, and build continuous improvement capability. Drive root-cause problem solving, kaizen events, and measurable improvements in throughput, quality, downtime, and safety. Partner with Plant, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Purchasing; manage capital projects, budgets, and equipment selection; recruit and develop manufacturing engineers, programmers, and technical specialists to support a growing automated factory.

Serve as primary HR partner to production teams handling employee relations, investigations, leave management, temp program administration, onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, performance review coordination, and safety alignment to ensure fairness and compliance.

Lead daily multi-shift manufacturing operations to deliver on-time shipments while prioritizing safety, quality, uptime, and continuous improvement. Develop Value Stream and Maintenance leaders, partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Systems, use ERP data to manage schedules, and foster a culture of problem-solving, standard work, and employee development across the facility.
