Teams at Watlow

Own and grow an established portfolio of key accounts across Sweden while developing new B2B opportunities in industrial markets. Manage complex sales cycles, strategic account plans, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, and revenue targets. Represent Watlow’s thermal solutions to OEMs and end users, gather customer and market insights, and collaborate with sales leadership, application engineering, and customer service teams. Regular travel within Sweden and occasional European travel are required.

Provides customer-facing technical support for product selection, application, setup, programming, and quotations. Develops product and process documentation, CAD drawings, bills of material, and routings for standard and modified products. Supports prototypes, rework orders, experiments, testing, quality investigations, failure analysis, and corrective actions while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, suppliers, and customers.

Designs mechanical products, tooling, equipment, and prototypes; creates SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, routings, and technical documentation. Conducts tests, experiments, inspections, failure analyses, and prepares reports. Supports manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and production employees while contributing to change control, quality investigations, cost reduction, and process improvements. Coaches less experienced staff and manages phases of engineering projects.
