Oversee environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, microbiological swabbing, and testing workflows in a food manufacturing facility. Maintain sampling plans, investigate out-of-specification results, trend microbiological data, and coordinate corrective actions. Support FDA, USDA, SQF, and customer audits; conduct GMP walkthroughs, mock recalls, and employee hygiene training. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, GFSI, and customer requirements.

Supervise food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and GFSI requirements. Manage quality documentation, corrective actions, audits, vendor approvals, product testing, process checks, training, and recall support. Maintain quality records and document-control systems while providing cross-functional technical support to production, R&D, purchasing, marketing, and supply chain. Serve as backup SQF practitioner and QA Manager.

Manages CAPA and customer complaint processes, investigates quality and food-safety issues, leads root-cause analyses, coordinates lot tracing and mock recalls, maintains complaint and CAPA records, supports regulatory inspections and third-party audits, monitors systemic quality trends, and coordinates supplier CAPAs across manufacturing sites.

Manages customer accounts receivable, monitors aging, performs commercial collections, investigates deductions and payment discrepancies, reconciles accounts, prepares statements and aging reports, documents collection activity, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve invoice issues and improve cash collections.

The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, manage projects, and collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Manage inventory and financial reporting: monthly reconciliations, close entries, financial statements, cash and bank reconciliations, accruals, inventory counts and tracking, ERP item/BOM setup and support, assist accounting leadership, and back up AR/AP.

Manage vendor compliance to ensure ingredients, packaging, and contact materials meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Review supplier documentation, perform ingredient risk assessments, maintain approved supplier register and document control, support non-conformance management and corrective actions, lead supplier audits, and partner with Procurement, Supply Chain and R&D to clear ingredients and vendors.

Lead and motivate a production shift to meet schedules and quality standards. Enforce QA, GMP, HACCP, food safety and occupational safety procedures. Manage shift efficiency, train and mentor team members, handle hiring and performance management, report production metrics, drive process improvements, and serve as backup for the Production Manager.
