Deliver internal audit and assurance services focused on cost transparency, financial oversight, supplier billing accuracy, and control effectiveness. The role evaluates financial data, supports strategic and operational objectives, and provides high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. It requires people leadership, strong commercial judgment, knowledge of legislation and business drivers, and experience in complex public or corporate organizations.

Lead the technical direction of Watercare’s enterprise data and analytics capability. Establish standards and reference patterns, design and assure complex solutions, review code and releases, resolve platform and pipeline issues, and contribute hands-on to data products, models, dashboards, and pipelines. Coach multidisciplinary teams, support governance and scalability, and communicate technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leads a multidisciplinary data and analytics team, overseeing people leadership, delivery performance, analytics products, reporting, data pipelines, analytical models, and self-service capabilities. Partners with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage risks, improve service reliability, and deliver trusted insights. Establishes standards, quality practices, and effective ways of working while contributing to the strategic direction of the Data, Analytics & AI function.
