Support research and knowledge management by producing written and visual knowledge products (briefs, reports, infographics), maintaining a knowledge repository, cataloguing media, formatting publications to brand standards, supporting dissemination and events, capturing lessons learned, and participating in field visits to document programme achievements and promote organizational learning.

Partner with UK senior leaders and employee groups to develop and deliver internal communications and engagement activities. Manage UK communications channels, advise on messaging and risk, lead change and project communications (including office move and WaterAiders Week), provide crisis internal comms support, and champion diversity, equity and empowerment across the organisation.

Manage and deepen relationships with high-value and legacy supporters through personalised stewardship, events and engagement strategies. Develop and deliver supporter experience plans, collaborate across teams to embed legacy conversations and identify blended giving opportunities, champion equity and safeguarding, and drive long-term income growth.

Lead social-first strategy and production, using data and insights to optimise platforms and deliver campaign goals. Plan and produce creative content, advise and sign off on priority projects, mentor the Social Media Manager, manage stakeholders, ensure on-time on-budget launches, and champion equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Provide administrative, coordination, and project-management support to WaterAid Canadas International Programs team. Support project coordination, knowledge management, donor reporting and compliance, and communications/visibility. Manage multiple priorities, assist MEL and business development activities, and attend periodic internal meetings (including occasional travel to Toronto/Ottawa). Work outside typical hours to collaborate across global time zones.

Manage and grow corporate partnerships and the payroll giving scheme; monitor partner-funded programme KPIs and budgets; produce high-quality reports and presentations for corporate audiences; build strong relationships across organisations and champion equity, inclusion and safeguarding.
