Manage major digital and web development projects from planning and scoping through delivery. Leads WaterAid Bangladesh’s fundraising and business development strategy, securing and diversifying institutional, bilateral, multilateral, corporate, and other funding. Responsibilities include donor mapping and engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal and concept note development, partnership and consortium management, restricted grant oversight, compliance, reporting, risk management, and team leadership. The role collaborates across programme, finance, technical, MEL, regional, and global teams and requires regular field travel.

Leads WaterAid Mozambique’s WASH programme portfolio, providing strategic direction, programme design, quality assurance, grant and donor compliance, partner support, and budget oversight. Develops and implements climate-resilient, gender-transformative and public-health-focused programmes aligned with country and global strategies. Builds partnerships across health and other sectors, supports fundraising proposals, strengthens WASH systems, and manages high-performing teams to deliver measurable impact.

Leads the design, structuring, and scaling of blended and private finance solutions for water security and climate resilience investments. Responsibilities include developing project finance and PPP transactions, originating investment opportunities, advising on concessions, mobilising public and private capital, and creating innovative instruments such as guarantees, outcomes-based bonds, leasing models, and vendor financing. The role also manages teams, consultants, investors, development finance institutions, and international programme partners.

Manage and deliver Press Insert campaigns and support DRTV and Brand programmes. Lead agency and printer relationships, develop strategy, analysis and reporting, support annual planning and budget monitoring, collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, and champion equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Lead development and delivery of a global communications plan to support fundraising growth, audience engagement and brand visibility. Coordinate federation-wide communications, create shared assets and toolkits, maintain a 12-month opportunities calendar, monitor performance, and champion equity, inclusion and safeguarding across markets.
