Manage major digital and web development projects from planning and scoping through delivery. Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, external suppliers, and development agencies; gather requirements; maintain project plans; manage scope, budgets, deadlines, and delivery quality; and challenge unrealistic expectations. The role also supports fundraising and digital product initiatives while promoting equity, inclusion, and safeguarding.

Leads WaterAid Bangladesh’s fundraising and business development strategy, securing and diversifying institutional, bilateral, multilateral, corporate, and other funding. Responsibilities include donor mapping and engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal and concept note development, partnership and consortium management, restricted grant oversight, compliance, reporting, risk management, and team leadership. The role collaborates across programme, finance, technical, MEL, regional, and global teams and requires regular field travel.

Leads WaterAid Mozambique’s WASH programme portfolio, providing strategic direction, programme design, quality assurance, grant and donor compliance, partner support, and budget oversight. Develops and implements climate-resilient, gender-transformative and public-health-focused programmes aligned with country and global strategies. Builds partnerships across health and other sectors, supports fundraising proposals, strengthens WASH systems, and manages high-performing teams to deliver measurable impact.
