Improve product manufacturability and support production by creating and maintaining engineering drawings, BOMs, and ERP data. Implement engineering changes, troubleshoot assembly issues, develop burnout programs, lead engineering projects, and support process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Own end-to-end production planning for a large manufacturing site, including scheduling, capacity and inventory management, material flow, and Intermodal integration. Develop schedules, negotiate lead times, monitor execution, drive root-cause problem solving, and lead cross-functional planning improvements to meet customer demand and optimize plant operations.

Fabricate steel and metal parts per work orders and blueprints. Lead complex CNC lathe and milling operations including advanced programming, setup optimization, and process improvement. Manage and grow aftermarket compactor and equipment service revenue in Houston. Hit sales targets, manage pipeline in Salesforce, convert break-fix customers to PM contracts, perform site surveys, support post-sale training, attend trade shows, and coordinate with operations while traveling frequently (50-75%).

Create and maintain production schedules, prepare job documentation, analyze capacities and inventory, coordinate material and labor, monitor work order execution, identify risks, implement process improvements, and communicate schedule changes with purchasing, operations, and commercial teams to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.

Manage profitable revenue growth and account relationships for Wastequip products across Northern California and Nevada. Drive new business with municipalities, haulers, and dealers, run proposals and presentations (including to councils/boards), manage pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate orders with inside sales and operations, provide after-sale support and training, attend trade shows, and travel frequently (50-75%).

Operate industrial single/double-needle sewing machines to attach webbing, reinforcements, and hardware to vinyl, mesh, and cloth tarps per blueprints and orders. Interpret work orders and material specs, cut and sew specialty patterns, ensure neat straight stitching to customer standards, perform routine maintenance and safety checks, follow PPE and 5S practices, report unsafe conditions, and maintain a clean work area.

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, develop and edit efficient CNC programs, maintain program documentation, train new hires, support shift transitions and tooling/production improvements to maximize machine utilization and product quality.

Drive territory sales growth through new business development and account management across private, municipal, and county markets. Manage dealer relationships, prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, deliver presentations, represent the company at events, and provide after-sale support. Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast. Frequent travel and field-based work required.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (Fanuc) to produce parts to specification. Select and secure fixtures and tools, perform layouts from prints, inspect dimensions with micrometers, record shop orders in data terminal, deburr parts, and move product with fork truck or cart. Programming CNC machines is a plus.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce complex parts, perform CNC edits/programming, read blueprints and GD&T, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, document production in ERP, mentor Machinist I staff, and support continuous improvement and safe material handling.

Lead strategy, roadmap and operations for enterprise applications with primary ownership of Dynamics 365 F&O. Oversee application administration, integrations, ecommerce, data architecture, data engineering, BI (Power BI), data governance and DevOps practices. Manage vendors and technical teams, enforce SDLC and change management, and drive system performance, security, and continuous improvement.

Design waste containers and related products using AutoCAD and Inventor. Produce sales and production drawings, create BOMs, release products per company processes, maintain product data in Vault and ERP, coordinate manufacturing launches, ensure manufacturability and cost effectiveness, lead cross-unit product data alignment, and travel to facilities for evaluation and training.

Lead FP&A activities for Wastequip's Container Division: produce accurate financial reporting, manage month-end variance analysis, build forecasts and models, support budgeting and management presentations, provide profitability insights and financial guidance to operations, and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform strategy and investments.

Lead a high-performance manufacturing plant using lean principles to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Manage financial performance, staffing, inventory, continuous improvement (Kaizen), cross-functional coordination, and compliance with corporate processes.

Sell and support Wastequip Parts & Service product lines in an assigned territory via route sales and cold calling. Build customer relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, promote company offerings, attend trade shows, implement sales programs, and provide product/service support. Regular travel and overnight stays required (up to 50%).

Manage plant accounting and cost operations: cost accounting, inventory valuation, forecasts and budgets, variance analysis, internal controls, monthly financial reporting, and partner with site leadership on financial decisions and investment evaluation.

Fabricate steel and metal parts to work order and blueprints using press brakes, shears and portable shears. Set up and operate machines, position and clamp workpieces, cut and trim metal, inspect dimensions, and follow EHS requirements.

Lead and develop an accounting team, manage month/quarter/year-end close for a business segment, review journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, perform variance and financial analysis, improve processes and internal controls, and provide ad hoc analysis for projects including acquisitions and system implementations.
