Manage financial performance, budgets, inventory, and ERP systems; drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and coordinate with engineering, sales, and corporate. Hit sales targets, manage pipeline in Salesforce, convert break-fix customers to PM contracts, perform site surveys, support post-sale training, attend trade shows, and coordinate with operations while traveling frequently (50-75%).

Lead complex CNC lathe and milling operations including advanced programming, setup optimization, and process improvement. Interpret blueprints and GD&T, troubleshoot quality issues, perform advanced inspections, and support NPI and process validation.
