Supervise day-to-day production at the Erial, NJ plant to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and working around noise, vibration, dust, oil, grease, and smoke.

Lead and coach plant teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets using lean principles. Manage financial performance, budgets, inventory, and ERP systems; drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and coordinate with engineering, sales, and corporate. Support customer delivery and travel to other locations as required.

Develop, design, and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts. Create drawings, bills of materials, budgets, and work instructions. Support installation, testing, and launch of new or revised equipment; analyze processes for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; support welding, painting, and fabrication operations and provide training and operator support.

Manage and grow sales of Wastequip containers and Toter carts in Central California. Maintain and develop customer relationships, pursue new business, manage pipeline in Salesforce.com, coordinate orders, perform site visits and presentations, attend trade shows, and provide after-sale support and training. Meet sales targets and collaborate with inside sales and operations.

Manage and grow aftermarket compactor and equipment service revenue in Houston. Hit sales targets, manage pipeline in Salesforce, convert break-fix customers to PM contracts, perform site surveys, support post-sale training, attend trade shows, and coordinate with operations while traveling frequently (50-75%).

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, develop and edit efficient CNC programs, maintain program documentation, train new hires, support shift transitions and tooling/production improvements to maximize machine utilization and product quality.

Lead complex CNC lathe and milling operations including advanced programming, setup optimization, and process improvement. Interpret blueprints and GD&T, troubleshoot quality issues, perform advanced inspections, and support NPI and process validation. Mentor junior machinists and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce complex parts, perform CNC edits/programming, read blueprints and GD&T, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, document production in ERP, mentor Machinist I staff, and support continuous improvement and safe material handling.

Drive territory sales growth through new business development and account management across private, municipal, and county markets. Manage dealer relationships, prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, deliver presentations, represent the company at events, and provide after-sale support. Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast. Frequent travel and field-based work required.

Develop automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform), improve monitoring, ensure security/compliance, lead projects, mentor Tier 1 engineers, and serve as escalation point.

Lead FP&A activities for Wastequip's Container Division: produce accurate financial reporting, manage month-end variance analysis, build forecasts and models, support budgeting and management presentations, provide profitability insights and financial guidance to operations, and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform strategy and investments.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (Fanuc) to produce parts to specification. Select and secure fixtures and tools, perform layouts from prints, inspect dimensions with micrometers, record shop orders in data terminal, deburr parts, and move product with fork truck or cart. Programming CNC machines is a plus.

Design waste containers and related products using AutoCAD/Inventor. Produce sales and production drawings, specifications, and BOMs. Release products per company processes, maintain product data in Vault and ERP, coordinate manufacturing launches, design for manufacturability and cost, lead data-alignment projects, and travel to facilities for evaluation and training.
