Teams at Wastequip

Sell and support Wastequip parts and service products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing existing customer relationships, cold calling and converting prospects, identifying cross-selling opportunities, solving customer problems, supporting products, implementing sales initiatives, and participating in trade shows and association events. The role requires mechanical aptitude, heavy-duty truck knowledge, relationship-building skills, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Designs waste containers and related products, develops bills of material and production drawings, releases product documentation, and coordinates manufacturing launches. The role manages product options, supports sales requests, researches design concepts, aligns product data across business units, and designs for manufacturability and cost effectiveness using AutoCAD and Inventor.

Oversee daily office operations at a manufacturing facility, coordinating resources, vendors, visitors, administrative tasks, safety documentation, HR records, and employee support. Manage office supplies, ERP reporting, shipping and receiving paperwork, delivery contacts, and communication with customers and stakeholders. Support onboarding, offboarding, reviews, time and attendance, and plant project deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and operational efficiency.
