The role manages approximately 125–150 donors, develops major gift pledges, plans solicitations, and meets annual fundraising targets of $750,000 to $1,000,000 or more. Extensive travel throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest, along with evening and weekend work, is required.

Develop and execute communications strategies for assigned varsity sports, manage media relations, create multi-platform storytelling, support championship and crisis communications, and collaborate with marketing, digital, NIL, and development teams to elevate the athletics brand.
