Design and produce original visual and multimedia materials to support Enrollment Management recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Lead and manage employment services for students with intellectual disabilities, developing individualized supports, employer partnerships, career planning, and experiential learning. Supervise employment coaches, coordinate with families and campus/community partners, and support students' workplace readiness and self-advocacy to achieve competitive integrated employment aligned with person-centered plans.

Conduct independent and collaborative research on bio-based and biodegradable polymer fibers/films/foams and functional textiles for wearable applications. Design, fabricate, characterize materials, analyze data, publish results, present at conferences, assist proposal writing, mentor students, and maintain laboratory records.

Preside over full adjudicative student conduct hearings (e.g., Title IX, hazing), manage hearing processes end-to-end, rule on procedural/evidentiary matters, issue written decisions and sanctions, maintain records, support policy/training, and contribute to continuous improvement and university service.

Manage daily operations of the CSI lab, ensuring IRB compliance, SOPs, and safety protocols. Oversee budgets, project timelines, and logistics; conduct and collaborate on research (50% effort) including multimodal data collection and NLP-based analyses. Train and mentor undergraduate and graduate students, develop data pipelines and web applications, and contribute to reports and peer-reviewed publications.
