Provides administrative and personnel support for the VCEA Dean’s Office, including personnel actions, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, position management, Workday transactions, records maintenance, compliance, workforce planning, and employee development. Advises managers and employees on employment procedures and university policies while coordinating projects and supporting college initiatives.

Analyze and integrate digital marketing, media, web, social, enrollment, and institutional data. Build executive dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations; translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with marketing, communications, enrollment, IT, institutional research, and agency teams to establish measurement frameworks, optimize campaigns, identify trends, improve SEO and AI search discoverability, and strengthen engagement, brand awareness, enrollment outcomes, and organizational performance.

Provide program, marketing, and operational support for Agriculture & Natural Resources Extension programs, focusing on mental health and agricultural food systems. Assist with program operations, coordination, outreach, integration of AI tools to support farmer and farmworker well-being, and perform clerical duties, scheduling, and partner communication.
