Assist faculty with NSF- and Bureau-funded studies on greenhouse gas emissions and nutrient cycling. Collect and process water and gas samples, maintain and calibrate field equipment, perform lab sample preparation and data recording, and support research coordination and field campaigns via small boat and on-foot sampling.

Provide clerical and records support for Admissions: process undergraduate applications, maintain electronic and manual student records, respond to inquiries, mail materials, assist with clerical projects, and admit or deny applicants under delegated authority while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide direct tutoring, mentoring, and academic support to GEAR UP students; advise on college/career readiness; plan campus trips; collect and report student data; collaborate with school staff to meet grant outcomes.
