Supervise Records & Analytics Support team to ensure accurate case intake, data entry, quality assurance, and interagency coordination. Manage staff performance, hiring, training, schedules, and serve as liaison with law enforcement, prosecutors, and courts to maintain criminal justice data integrity and CJIS compliance.

Lead advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, grants and cost-allocation for HHS. Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, and federal grant rules, support audits, improve financial systems and internal controls, and communicate financial information to leaders and non-financial staff. Supervise staff for the Public Health Operations position.

Collect, standardize, validate, and maintain external crime and public safety datasets. Analyze trends, identify hotspots, produce reports, maps, dashboards, and presentation materials using Excel, Tableau, and ArcGIS. Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and partner agencies to support data-driven prosecutions and public safety planning. Perform data quality checks, document issues, and respond to information requests while maintaining confidentiality and CJIS compliance.

Provide administrative support for the District Attorneys Office including recruitment coordination, travel booking and expense processing (Workday), accounts receivable and deposits, docket reconciliation, and front-desk reception backup. Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.

Prepare operating and capital budgets for the Capital Project Services Division; supervise accounts payable, receivable, and contracting; prepare financial reports; update financial forecast models for special funds; analyze financial activity and review findings with division and department leadership; support multi-month budget preparation and coordination across stakeholders.

Provide journey-level legal support to felony prosecutors: prepare files and legal documents, manage discovery and digital evidence, assist with case intake and trial preparation, file court documents, prepare subpoenas for witnesses and victims, and organize files for court while following court rules and office standards.

Collect, organize, summarize, and submit restitution requests for prosecuted criminal cases. Locate and interpret medical, banking, and insurance records, consolidate financial losses, prepare clear restitution summaries, coordinate with Deputy District Attorneys and Victim Advocates, and occasionally appear in court to support restitution findings.

Lead and supervise medicolegal death investigators; perform and review complex death investigations; coordinate with law enforcement, medical personnel, and partner agencies; provide training, mentoring, case oversight, program management, and represent the office at meetings and task forces. Ensure policy compliance, staff performance, on-call coverage, and high-quality, timely investigative reporting.
