Serve as the District Attorneys Office front desk: greet visitors and callers, process and distribute subpoenas/warrants/discovery, prepare ECR discovery packets, calculate fees and witness vouchers, handle petty cash, and provide entry-level legal administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professional customer service.

Provide high-level administrative support to HR and Finance leadership, coordinating meetings, public processes, recruitment and onboarding, managing physical and digital filing, supporting financial publications and reports, and ensuring organized departmental workflows while maintaining confidentiality and liaising with executive staff and external partners.

Perform forensic analysis of computers, mobile devices, storage media, and cloud systems; collect and preserve digital evidence; maintain chain of custody; apply forensic methodologies and troubleshooting; collaborate with law enforcement, corrections, and prosecutors; ensure compliance with legal standards, search and seizure law, and investigative protocols.

Provide advanced financial, statistical, and budgetary analysis for Facilities, Fleet & Parks. Lead budgeting, grant oversight, capital project setup, fund reconciliation, fiscal close activities, and stakeholder reporting using financial and project management tools.

Supervise and support a caseload of justice-involved adults by monitoring compliance with supervision conditions, conducting investigations and assessments, developing treatment plans, enforcing court orders, performing crisis intervention and physical security duties, preparing reports, and coordinating with courts, law enforcement, and community resources. Requires ongoing training and certification.

Lead ERP (Workday) application development and support efforts, govern tenant management and release cycles, coordinate ITS, Finance, and HR teams, manage a small technical team, drive roadmap execution and strategic planning, and report roadmap progress and risks to executive leadership.

Coordinate policy development, program manuals, funding applications, RFPs, and grant reporting for homeless services. Project-manage program implementation, ensure funder compliance, and present materials to stakeholders to support housing stability initiatives.

Lead development and implementation of the County's economic development program, manage CPACE and Strategic Investment Plan agreements, allocate county funds to partner organizations, provide technical support to small cities, and convene countywide economic development professionals. Oversee program evaluation, performance measurement, and strategic planning to advance economic development goals.

Perform technical plan review for transportation infrastructure within county right-of-way, ensuring conformance with road design and construction standards. Coordinate with engineers-of-record via electronic plan review, provide technical guidance, assign/review work of technical staff, and ensure regulatory compliance for maintenance, capital, development, and other infrastructure projects.

Provide strategic leadership for countywide HR programs including talent, learning, labor relations, compensation, benefits, HR technology, and risk management; partner with executive leadership, develop workforce strategy and policies, ensure compliance with employment law, advise on collective bargaining, and lead and develop the HR team to align HR initiatives with county priorities.

Provide journey-level legal support to felony prosecutors: prepare files and legal documents, manage discovery and digital evidence, assist with case intake, subpoenas, court filings, and trial preparation while following court rules and office standards.

Provide comprehensive civil legal services for County departments, handling litigation from investigation through appeal. Research legal issues, draft pleadings, manage discovery and depositions, represent the County in hearings, trials, mediations, and administrative proceedings, and advise county clients on legal and risk-management matters.
