Supports the Law Librarian with administration, collection development, technical services, legal reference, and patron assistance. Provides legal research guidance to attorneys, self-represented litigants, court staff, and the public; develops programs, research guides, and web content; and refers patrons to appropriate agencies. Collaborates on modernizing legal information access and responsive library services.

Leads Washington County’s Human Resources Department and serves on the County Leadership Team. Oversees workforce strategy, talent development, compensation and classification, personnel rules, labor relations, organizational change, supervisor training, and HR operations. Advises executive leaders, strengthens countywide HR practices, manages strategic initiatives, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires substantial public-sector HR leadership, collaboration, communication, and oversight of approximately 50 HR and Risk professionals.

Supports and optimizes Washington County’s Workday HCM and Applicant Tracking System. Responsibilities include end-user support, troubleshooting, business process configuration, reporting, user security management, data integrity, testing, upgrades, integrations, and enhancement deployments. The role partners with HR, recruiting, IT, and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, manage HRIS projects, develop training materials, and provide data-driven recommendations.
