Supervise Records & Analytics Support team to ensure accurate case intake, data entry, quality assurance, and interagency coordination. Manage staff performance, hiring, training, schedules, and serve as liaison with law enforcement, prosecutors, and courts to maintain criminal justice data integrity and CJIS compliance.

Lead advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, grants and cost-allocation for HHS. Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, and federal grant rules, support audits, improve financial systems and internal controls, and communicate financial information to leaders and non-financial staff. Supervise staff for the Public Health Operations position.

Collect, standardize, validate, and maintain external crime and public safety datasets. Analyze trends, identify hotspots, produce reports, maps, dashboards, and presentation materials using Excel, Tableau, and ArcGIS. Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and partner agencies to support data-driven prosecutions and public safety planning. Perform data quality checks, document issues, and respond to information requests while maintaining confidentiality and CJIS compliance.
