Provide analytical, operational, and technical support to Capital Project Services. Improve project delivery workflows, ensure ODOT certification compliance, organize and govern SharePoint content, maintain the Project Management Resource Manual, assist rollout of project management software, evaluate processes, prepare reports, and support information system implementation.

Support the District Attorney's Office by developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting revenues and expenditures, administering and reporting on grants, processing contracts and financial transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local requirements, and providing financial analysis to management.

Support the Records and Analytics Support (RAS) team by creating and maintaining electronic case files, validating and correcting imported data, tracking updates, processing court documents, entering judgment/sentencing information, requesting supplemental materials, and ensuring data quality in the case management system while collaborating with attorneys and law enforcement.
