Manage construction projects from conceptual development through completion: supervise subcontractors and crews, develop schedules and budgets, track costs and progress, ensure quality control and safety compliance, resolve site issues, and liaise with owners, contractors, and design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide HR services and consultation for an assigned region, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, classification/compensation, training development, policy implementation, and maintaining HR databases and records.

Manage accounts receivable and rent collection, process move-ins/move-outs, resolve resident issues, maintain resident records, assist leasing with tours and lease renewals, and coordinate with maintenance while fostering a team-oriented community environment.
