Manages all aspects of a residential community, including financial and operational performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, collections, compliance, reporting, and team leadership. Develops strategies to meet leasing and revenue goals, oversees staff and contracted services, analyzes market conditions, and ensures a positive resident experience while maintaining legal and safety standards.

Manages all aspects of an apartment community’s operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, collections, staff leadership, reporting, compliance, and contracted services. The role drives revenue and operational goals, develops an engaged team, oversees property initiatives, and ensures excellent resident service while maintaining adherence to housing laws and safety requirements.

Manage rent collection, accounts receivable transactions, move-ins and move-outs, resident records, leasing tours, renewals, and resident issue resolution. Coordinate with maintenance staff, maintain accurate ledgers, and provide professional customer service to prospective and current residents. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, teamwork, flexibility for weekend work, ledger comprehension, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
