Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support to government program offices: maintain financial trackers and spend plans, record meeting minutes, update deliverable lists, compile Monthly Program Status Reports, refresh visual metrics, and support reconciliations and reporting to ensure compliant, timely program documentation.

Provide administrative and technical HR support focused on recruitment and compliance. Manage recruitment, staffing, recordkeeping, and HRIS tasks; analyze recruitment metrics and compliance reports; advise on federal and DoD employment regulations; document processes and support coordination across teams.

Support software design, development, testing, and maintenance for a NAVSEA program office. Contribute to coding, debugging, and technical documentation under senior direction while following engineering processes and standards. Work supports classified programs requiring DoD Secret clearance.

Provide mechanical engineering support for maritime expeditionary warfare systems including troubleshooting AN/SLQ-32(V)6, investigating system deficiencies, developing and coordinating Engineering Change Proposals, updating and creating Maintenance Requirement Cards, supporting Environmental Qualification Testing, interfacing with OEMs/ISEAs, and maintaining technical documentation and configuration records.

Designs, integrates, and validates complex electrical/electronic subsystems for DoD platforms across power, signal integrity, controls, and communications. Leads architecture trade studies, component selection, schematic/board-level design, test planning (environmental, EMI/EMC, functional), and generates technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from concept through sustainment.

Supports day-to-day acquisition and program management for a NAVSEA Program Office. Performs records management, research, coordination, and reporting to support program planning and execution. Works with cross-functional teams on classified programs; requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Lead advanced life or physical science research supporting NSWC Crane. Design experiments, analyze complex datasets, produce technical reports, provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and translate scientific findings into operational recommendations for DoD/Navy programs.

Develop, test, and maintain software for a NAVSEA program office. Support design implementation, defect resolution, API integration, automated testing, and team-based Agile development. Role requires DoD Secret clearance (or clearable) and is contingent on contract award.
