Translate social data into actionable insights for A&R and marketing, maintain algorithm expertise, and drive organic UGC and community engagement to convert social consumption into music streams.

Support digital marketing and artist promotion across streaming, playlists and social media. Manage multiple projects, assist team workflows, produce marketing assets, and analyze trends. Bring music passion, creativity, and strong communication while working full-time for at least five months.

Support the A&R team by listening to demos and providing feedback, scouting talent, coordinating A&R tasks, organizing writing sessions and camps, joining creative brainstorms, engaging with artist/producer communities, and attending live shows to support roster artists.
