In this role, you'll maintain a professional office environment, support operations, manage meetings, handle mail, and assist with proposals and CRM data.

Support firmwide marketing activities including RFPs/RFQs, presentations, brochures, social media, press, awards, photography coordination, website updates, content creation, and CRM/Deltek data entry. Serve as primary marketing contact for select offices and assist with award submissions, event coordination, and marketing collateral management.

Provides onsite and remote IT support across at least three offices, troubleshooting and triaging helpdesk tickets as a mid-level escalation resource. Responsibilities include resolving issues within SLAs, managing ticket queues, supporting hardware, software, networks, printing, telecom, and mobile devices, maintaining asset inventories, documenting solutions, and assisting with office moves and buildouts. The role requires customer service, technical communication, occasional after-hours work, and travel to regional work sites.

Assists the Human Resources Department with administrative functions, including HR database data entry, personnel file maintenance, policy and benefits inquiries, onboarding, data scrubbing, company culture initiatives, events, and ad hoc tasks. The intern works under the direction of an HR Generalist in a collaborative, fully onsite environment.

Manage design development, construction documents, specifications, and quality control for projects. Oversee drawing production, coordinate consultants and trade coordination, perform code research, lead construction administration and site visits, resolve clashes, review RFIs/submittals, and represent the firm at jurisdictional reviews.

Lead firmwide public relations and communications strategy, media relations, crisis communications, executive counsel, and team leadership. Develop integrated PR plans, oversee external channels (media, social, paid), manage agencies and budgets, set brand governance, measure KPIs, and contribute hands-on to storytelling, thought leadership, and visibility initiatives.

Lead mechanical engineering projects as Engineer of Record for HVAC, plumbing, controls, and central utilities. Oversee design, coordination, modeling, commissioning support, construction administration, mentoring, budget control, and development of engineering standards to deliver energy-efficient building solutions.

Lead mechanical engineering projects across the full lifecycle, providing EOR leadership for HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, equipment selection, commissioning support, and sustainable/energy-efficient design while mentoring staff, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring technical accuracy and budget control.

Coordinate consultants and trades, manage schedules, resolve clashes, perform code research, conduct construction administration site visits, review RFIs/submittals, and present at jurisdictional reviews while mentoring project team members.
