Supports the accounting team with project filing, invoice preparation, receipt compilation, waiver and AIA document processing, accounting-system data entry, client payment follow-up, contract administration, COI requests, and monthly accounts receivable and closeout activities. Provides administrative support while maintaining accurate records and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Leads complex building engineering projects as Engineer of Record, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, controls, energy-efficient design, utility systems, calculations, documentation, commissioning, and construction administration. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, reviews technical work, manages budgets, resolves design challenges, mentors engineers, supports field activities, and maintains engineering standards. The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, extensive experience, and advanced Revit proficiency.

Lead mechanical engineering projects across the full lifecycle as Engineer of Record, coordinating HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, equipment selection, commissioning, site assessments, mentoring staff, and ensuring technical accuracy, budget control, and sustainable design.
