Provide project accounting support across budgeting, contracts, billing, accounts receivable, and consultant payables. Prepare contracts and budgets in Deltek Vantagepoint, generate monthly billings, reconcile A/R, support project closeouts, and train/coordinate with project teams to ensure consistency and compliance with firm guidelines.

Manage architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and administration. Oversee drawing production, specifications, code analysis, clash resolution, consultant coordination, quality control, permitting, public presentations, site visits, shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and submittals. Mentor team members and collaborate with project managers, consultants, clients, and specifications teams to deliver complete, technically accurate contract documents.
