Manage day-to-day accounting operations, support month-end/year-end close, prepare reconciliations and financial reports, analyze KPIs and variances, assist budgeting and forecasting, support audits, implement reporting automation, and strengthen internal controls and cross-functional financial processes.

Coordinate project execution and financial oversight for municipal infrastructure projects. Manage project setup, scheduling, documentation, permits, subconsultants, ERP/PM systems, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure operational and financial compliance.

Perform and coordinate hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM) for drainage, stormwater, roadway, channel, and floodplain projects. Prepare drainage impact analyses, technical reports, regulatory submittals (CLOMR/LOMR), and construction deliverables; coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams; manage scope, schedule, and budget; review technical work and mentor junior engineers to support successful project delivery.
