Support project managers and practice leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. Assist with proposals, budgets, design, permitting, construction coordination, QA/QC, client communication, team mentoring, and project administration.

Support civil engineering projects through permit tracking, schedule enforcement, administrative support, documentation, QA/QC tracking, and coordination with project managers, agencies, and front-office staff. Prepare reports, meeting materials, proposals, and presentations as needed.

Support municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction oversight, and reporting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants, prepare proposals/scopes/cost estimates, mentor junior staff, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and maintain office presence in Houston.
