Coordinate and optimize inbound/outbound fuel and oil shipments, create customer orders and invoices, dispatch and support drivers, monitor inventory and routing using Delivery Works and Smart Tank, resolve logistics issues, support sales and safety meetings, and assist with driver onboarding and procurement.

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices; verify billing data and resolve discrepancies. Maintain billing records, assist month-end billing, and support operations. Provide front-desk and general administrative support including phone handling, filing, data entry, scheduling, supplies, and cross-department assistance to ensure efficient office operations.
