Coordinates tutoring and accommodated testing services within a university academic support center. Responsibilities include matching and supervising tutors, managing scheduling software, analyzing program data, developing training, supporting academic coaching and student-success initiatives, administering testing accommodations, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with students, faculty, and campus partners. The role also provides outreach and mentoring to students experiencing academic difficulty and supports retention programs.

Coordinates chapel schedules, liturgical services, events, volunteers, student employees, supplies, records, collections, communications, weddings, and facility readiness. Supports the University Chaplain and develops relationships with Catholic parishes, diocesan offices, schools, clergy, and community organizations. Provides hospitality, event logistics, financial documentation, student outreach, and administrative support while maintaining chapel spaces and records in alignment with the university’s Catholic mission.
