Provide individualized academic and career advising to first- and second-year students, monitor progress, retain advising records in compliance with FERPA, coordinate with faculty and campus stakeholders, use higher-education software and electronic forms, represent the department at recruiting and orientation events, and produce advising reports.

Provide administrative and operational support for PT and OT clinical education, coordinating student placements, verifying clinical sites and preceptors, managing affiliation agreements and student compliance, maintaining records and data, generating reports, and liaising with faculty, university offices, and external clinical partners to support accreditation and onboarding.

Lead and coordinate clinical labs, simulation, and clinical placements for nursing programs. Oversee equipment, organize and evaluate simulation scenarios using HSSBP/INACSL standards, mentor faculty, manage budgets and inventories, develop curriculum and community outreach, and support scholarship related to simulation.
