The Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality, and develop backend services to support WalletConnect's payments infrastructure and analytics.

Lead a cross-functional Financial Services engineering squad building reliable distributed systems for DeFi, treasury management, and security and compliance. Own delivery, technical quality, service reliability, roadmap execution, hiring, coaching, performance management, and team health. Partner with Product and other teams to establish operating rhythms, OKRs, SLOs, error budgets, on-call practices, and pragmatic trade-offs across roadmap work, technical debt, and operations.

Manage day-to-day media relations and execute global communications programs. Pitch journalists, secure coverage and executive speaking opportunities, draft press materials, run campaigns, and coordinate rapid-response communications across product, partnerships, and marketing.
