Support Behavioral Health Division programs by coordinating training, quality assurance, compliance, and operations. Lead day-to-day finance operations for a nonprofit, including billing, grant tracking, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll for ~300 employees, financial reporting, budget support, and audit preparation.

Lead daily operations of Walker Beacon School, balancing clinical and educational needs for students with complex mental health challenges. Oversee staffing, hiring, supervision, budget, site and IT coordination, admissions, DESE compliance, crisis intervention, parent and public-school communication, program development, and community relations. Serve as liaison to senior leadership and Board; support fundraising, training, and continuous program improvement.

Provide leadership and direct care within a therapeutic residential milieu for youth with social-emotional and behavioral needs. Supervise staff and interns, ensure youth basic needs and safety, run programming and activities, assist with onboarding and crisis management, attend treatment team meetings, complete documentation, administer medications after training, and maintain compliance with licensing and agency standards.

Provide awake overnight therapeutic care and supervision for children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Implement individual treatment and support plans, run social/recreational activities, maintain safe/licensed milieu, document care, communicate with multidisciplinary team, and transport children for community activities.

Lead employee relations strategy and investigations, ensure compliance with employment law, provide HR generalist support, coach managers, develop policies, track ER metrics, and drive culture and engagement across a multi-site human services organization.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families across clinic, telehealth, school, and community settings. Conduct assessments, diagnostic formulation using ICD-10, create treatment and safety plans, maintain EHR documentation, coordinate care with collateral providers, participate in supervision and team meetings, meet productivity expectations, and engage in quality improvement and outreach activities.

Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to CBAT youth; manage a small caseload, complete assessments, treatment and discharge planning, coordinate with external systems, offer clinical consultation to staff, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, assist with admissions and serve on rotating on-call coverage.

Lead EHR strategy, optimization, governance, training, and support. Coordinate implementations, UAT, workflow design, data quality, role-based access, change management, and vendor/integrations to improve adoption and reporting across programs.

Provide therapeutic milieu and supervision for children with emotional and behavioral challenges; implement treatment and individual support plans; plan social and recreational programming; participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, documentation, and professional development; ensure safety, licensing standards, and transport children as needed.

Provide day-to-day therapeutic care and supervision for up to 12 children in a residential Intensive Treatment Residence. Lead shifts, implement treatment plans and crisis intervention, mentor staff, coordinate community activities, manage administrative tasks, and ensure safety and program fidelity.

Work as part of a classroom team to manage behavior, provide social/emotional support, assist with academic tasks, implement treatment plans and IEPs, apply therapeutic interventions (TCI, CBT, solution-focused), collect data, communicate with families, and support residential and transportation needs during school vacations and summer programs.

Provide clinical case management and therapy for up to 12 residential-education students, deliver family therapy, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, consult with staff, coordinate with external systems (DCF, DMH, LEAs), run groups, serve on-call, and maintain timely documentation and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Lead administration, optimization, governance, training, and change management for Walker's EHR. Partner with leaders, IT, analytics, and vendors to improve adoption, data quality, workflows, reporting, UAT, and implementation readiness while developing power users and supporting users post-launch.

Provide temporary leadership for residential milieu operations: coordinate staffing and transportation, manage crisis interventions, support and train direct care staff, ensure program stability and communication with clinical and administrative teams.

Coordinate and oversee academic curriculum and assessment for special education students; supervise three classrooms and staff; develop schedules, IEPs, and school-wide programs; conduct educational assessments and write reports; assist with hiring, orientation, and professional development; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment and programming and maintain school environment.
