Coordinates conferences from planning through follow-up, including logistics, shipping, inventory, promotional materials, social media support, and performance tracking. Supports corporate creative initiatives through document formatting, marketing platform maintenance, photography, video, website updates, content organization, and company-wide programs. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and occasional physical handling of materials and conference travel.

Performs general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, month-end and year-end close activities, accounts payable, budgeting, tax registrations, and audit support. The role also contributes to accounting policy development, process improvement, AI automation, financial reporting, strategic planning, and cross-functional financial analysis. It requires strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and financial dashboard tools.

Process accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees; maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, deductions, benefits, and files; answer employee questions; assist with audits and reconciliations; generate payroll reports; and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate payroll data. The hybrid role is based in Portage, Michigan and includes occasional travel for meetings or training.
