Supports project data management by reviewing documents, extracting information, entering records into Deltek Vantagepoint, and validating synchronization with OpenAsset. Performs data quality reviews, audits, cleanup, reporting, documentation, and discrepancy resolution while collaborating across marketing, accounting, project management, and operations teams.

Manage day-to-day office operations, administrative systems, accounting support, HR onboarding, facilities coordination, records retention, and project compliance. Prepare and proofread reports, proposals, and correspondence; process invoices, expenses, timesheets, and accounts payable; support project managers with billing and contract requirements; coordinate new-hire activities; maintain office supplies and equipment; and assist with business development, proposals, events, and management reporting using Deltek.
