Support Project Accountants by processing accounts payable invoices, employee expense reports, and daily cash receipts; assist internal airfare reporting; set up vendors for ACH payments; generate reports using accounting software; and complete special projects to maintain smooth financial operations.

Process accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees; maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, deductions, benefits, and files; answer employee questions; assist with audits and reconciliations; generate payroll reports; and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate payroll data. The hybrid role is based in Portage, Michigan and includes occasional travel for meetings or training.

The Director of Design Services manages projects and staff, ensures quality assurance, plans budgets, and leads design efforts for complex projects.
